DPD Pickup – £4.95 Place your order by 12 noon and collect your parcel from one of 2,500 local DPD Pickup shops. Collect from 12 noon the next day, Monday to Saturday. (Not available during bank holidays).

Yes – parcels cannot be left unattended and a signature will be required on delivery. Our courier will contact you on your delivery day to advise your one hour delivery window. If the recipient is unavailable when delivery is attempted, a card will be left so redelivery or collection from your local depot can be arranged.
Yes – gift vouchers are delivered using a courier. Please note a signature will be required on delivery. This enables you to track the progress of your gift voucher delivery & also allows you to select a delivery date.
Yes – we deliver to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, BFPO and Military Bases. If you are ordering for these locations, please mention this in the "Add a delivery note?" section and ensure a valid telephone number is included should our courier have any problems and need to get in touch.
Yes – we deliver to some International addresses. Please contact our Web Shop Team on 020 3051 2564 – Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.

There are 2,500 DPD Pickup shops in the UK, with a DPD Pickup point within 10 minutes’ drive of 93% of the UK population and 5 minutes’ walk within Central London.
Simply select DPD Pickup as your delivery option at checkout and your order will be delivered by 12 noon Next Day*, and stay in store for up to 7 days so you can collect at a time to suit you.
You’ll receive an email or text message with your Pickup Pass and details of your chosen Pickup shop, with the shop’s address and opening times. Your parcel will stay in store for up to 7 days so you can collect at a time to suit you. Please ensure you have your Pickup Pass and Photo ID (driving licence or passport) with you in order to pick up your parcel.
If you aren’t able to take your Pickup Pass either printed or on your smartphone, you’ll need 2 forms of ID - your passport or driving licence and a utility bill.

For every order we automatically package the products into a gift box set. We carefully choose the right size gift box to accommodate your purchase. If the items in your order do not all fit into one box, we will use an additional gift box. Please note, if you require more than one gift box, or wish to pack certain items into a gift box, you will need to place a separate order. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
At Carluccio's we want you to enjoy everything you buy from us. So if something is not right, we will be happy to offer a refund.
You can return goods to Carluccio's Online within 14 days of delivery. Please make sure that anything you would like to return is unused, in a saleable condition, with any labels still attached and in its original packaging.

Once we have accepted your returned items, we will reimburse the price you paid to your original credit or debit card or e-voucher.
We will refund or exchange any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of the item being delivered to your nominated address. Please return items in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging.
Where promotional discounts are applied to orders, the discount will be applied to each item in the basket. In the event of a return, you will not be refunded the discounted proportion. Additionally any complimentary promotional gift given with an order must also be returned if you are returning those goods to which the gift related.
We are happy for customers to cancel their order for a full refund, unless stated otherwise in the item description, so long as the items have not been dispatched. If your item has been dispatched we ask for it to be returned in its original packaging and will offer you a refund as outlined above in the "Refunds" section.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances or in the event of supply issues, we may substitue an item within a hamper. The substitue product will be of equal or greater value than the original product listed, at no extra cost to you.
